The Vernet Group, as data controller, attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and personal data.

Your prior consent to receive such solicitations is not mandatory as long as they are part of a B2B commercial approach (between professionals) and in the context of your professional activity.

Some of the data mentioned above may have been collected from publicly accessible sources (professional social networks) in order to get in touch with you and to propose commercial offers.
How long will your data be kept?
When your personal data is no longer required for our purposes, it is deleted by the Vernet Group.
We keep your data in order to solicit you commercially for a period of 3 years from the last contact (example of last contact: participation in a competition, participation in a webinar, sending of an e-mail, telephone call or clicking on a hypertext link contained in an e-mail).
Who accesses your data?
In order to offer you the various services and features of its website, the Vernet Group uses service providers. These companies are also the recipients of some or all of the data that you transmit. They are in charge of hosting, maintenance and participate in the editing and proper functioning of the website.
In addition, the Vernet Group uses an e-mail service provider to send you newsletters when you have chosen to register to receive them.
